Tasmanian Support Collective (TSC) is dedicated to supporting Tasmanians with disabilities to live the lifestyle they desire. TSC currently provide services to plan managed or self managed NDIS participants in Southern Tasmania including Hobart and surrounds, the Huon Valley and Kingsborough areas.
TSC provides everyday support services to NDIS participants to equip individuals with the skills and support they need to feel fulfilled and independent. We provide a personalised service based on the individuals interests, hobbies, talent and strengths.
TSC operates two workplace learning centres, Wren & Wolf Café and Retail and The Grounded Goat education and recreation site, both located in the Huon Valley, Tasmania.
Wren & Wolf provides workplace hospitality and retail learning opportunities for NDIS participants in a real world work environment.
The Grounded Goat offers workplace learning in animal care and horticulture, animal enrichment sessions, nature immersion sessions, social enterprise opportunities and day programs.
At TSC, we believe in changing the world to fit people with disability, not changing people with disability to fit the world.
